It is <br />Mr. Adamson's intention to construct a commercial building 40' x 60' <br />on"these two lots with the entrance way from High Street. The current <br />zoning classification is M-1, Industrial. The land use designation is <br />industrial, under the South Sebastian Commercial/Industrial Node. <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, City of Sebastian, Jones <br />Intercablevision and the Utility and Right -of -Way Departments.
