Request of Release of Easement - Total Development, Inc. <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 3/17/83: <br />TO: The Honorable Marbers DATE: March 17, 1983 <br />of the Board of County 9 8 =02-05-14 <br />Commissioners <br />DIVISION HEAD CONCURRENCE RELEASE OF EASEMfW <br />REQUEST BY TOTAL <br />SUBJECT: DEVEIAPKW, INC. <br />Patrick B e King, SUBJECT PROPERTY: LOTS <br />10 AMID 11, BLOCK 3, <br />THROUGH: Bob Keating, AICP_� SEBASTIAN GROVE ESTATES <br />Pi g & T, ' g Manager SUBDIVISION - <br />L/t�e z� RONALD ADAMSON, OWNER <br />FROM: tonin Inspector REFERENCES: <br />It is recommended that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their regular <br />meeting of April 6, 1983. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The County has been petitioned by Total Development, Inc., agent for <br />Mr. Ronald Adamson, owner of the subject property, for release of <br />the six (6) foot utility and drainage easement, being the northwest <br />three (3) foot of Lot 11, Block 3 and the southeast three (3) foot <br />of Lot 10, Block 3, Sebastian Grove Estates Subdivision. It is <br />Mr. Adamson's intention to construct a commercial building 40' x 60' <br />on"these two lots with the entrance way from High Street. The current <br />zoning classification is M-1, Industrial. The land use designation is <br />industrial, under the South Sebastian Commercial/Industrial Node. <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, City of Sebastian, Jones <br />Intercablevision and the Utility and Right -of -Way Departments. The <br />Zoning staff analysis, which includes a site visit, showed that drainage <br />would be adequately handled by the existing front and rear swales. <br />11 <br />53 PAIN-Ift <br />
