Commissioner Scurlock explained that this matter was <br />put on the agenda not for any specific action, but because <br />the Motion to deed this property to the Health Care Group <br />was made with the stipulation that it be put back on the <br />agenda in 30 days. He continued that he did realize that <br />some problem has been encountered with the possibility of an <br />unanticipated sprinkler system, but the thirty days was made <br />a stipulation so that this situation will not drag on <br />indefinitely. <br />Hortense Beachum reported that she was present as a <br />representative of the Health Care Group. <br />Attorney Brandenburg again explained about the <br />sprinkler problem and suggested that when this is -resolved <br />and he receives the lease agreed upon between the two <br />groups, he will put it on the agenda along with the deed he <br />will prepare; the Commission at that time would be in a <br />position to approve the deed and the League would be in a <br />position to sign the lease. <br />Mrs. Ingram reported that the groups have been in <br />contact in regard to the sprinkler problem, and they have <br />come up'with a tentative agreement.- The Health Care Group <br />sent an agreement for her to review and she did have some <br />problems with one revision which Attorney McDonough has <br />looked -at and revised, but which the other group has not yet <br />seen.
