Wednesday, May 4, 1983 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, met in Regular Session at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, <br />on Wednesday, May 4, 1983, at 8:30 o'clock A.M. Present <br />were Richard N. Bird, Chairman; Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Vice <br />Chairman; Margaret C. Bowman, Patrick B. Lyons and William <br />C. Wodtke, Jr. Also present were Michael J. Wright, County <br />Administrator; L.S. "Tommy" Thomas, Community Services <br />Director; Gary Brandenburg, Attorney to the Board of County <br />Commissioners; Jeffrey K. Barton, Finance Director; Dan <br />Fleischman, Bailiff; Barbara Bonnah and Virginia Hargreaves, <br />Deputy Clerks. <br />The Chairman called the meeting -to order. <br />Reverend Stan Sanford, First Baptist Church, Wabasso, <br />gave the invocation and Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman led <br />the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Attorney Brandenburg requested a report by Indian River <br />Shores Town Manager, Mr. Dorsky, be added to the Agenda, <br />the report being for the purpose of concurrence in $12,000 <br />owed to Indian River County incurred during Pebble Bay waste <br />water improvements. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wodtke or Lyons, <br />the Board placed the above item on today's <br />Agenda. <br />53 PACE <br />SAY 4 19 <br />33 <br />
