FRANCIS MANOR - MEAL PROGRAM <br />The Board reviewed the following material: <br />Michael O'Haire, Esq. <br />Smith, O'Haire, Quinn & Garris <br />3111 Cardinal Drive <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960 <br />Dear Michael: <br />April 19, 1983 <br />The County Commission received your memorandum dated April 12, <br />1983 and requested this office to review the matters brought to <br />their attention by the memorandum. <br />As you are aware, the County has undertaken to review the books <br />and records of St. Francis Manor prior to deciding the Manor's <br />request for a $999.00 donation. The matters contained in your <br />April 12, 1983 letter will be part of the review. I have written <br />Mr. Zorc and have requested a written response to the points in <br />your memorandum. Following receipt of his response and review of <br />the books of the Manor by the Finance Department, the County <br />Administration will be in a position to make a recommendation on <br />your suggestion to request a review by the Department of State. <br />Sincerely, <br />fM.
