4. The Clerk is hereby directed to record this resolution together with the proofs of publication <br />required by Florida Statutes 336.10 in the Official Record Books of Indian River County <br />without undue delay. <br />5. Pursuant to F.S. 336.12 the fee title to all the abandoned right-of-way shall vest in the owner <br />of Lot 22 of the Riverside Estates. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner G i n n who moved <br />its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner T i Rp i n , and upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Kenneth R.
