<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING
<br />A PORTION OF A TWENTY-EIGHT (28) FOOT DRAINAGE EASEMENT OF
<br />LOT 51, COPELAND'S LANDING SUBDIVISION, PHASE ll, ACCORDING TO
<br />THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 80A OF THE
<br />PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an easement as described below; and
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement serves no public purpose;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida that:
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State
<br />of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to
<br />Pierre Raymond, successors in interest, heirs and assigns, whose mailing address is 3275 73`d Place,
<br />Vero Beach, Florida 32967, as follows:
<br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the
<br />following described easement
<br />commencing at the northeast property comer of Lot 51 of Copeland's Landing Subdivision, Phase II, as
<br />recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 80A, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, proceed:
<br />South 26 deg. 09 min. 49 sec. East, a distance of 53.88 feet, thence; South 63 deg. 50 mon. 11 sec. West
<br />a distance of 15 feet to the Point of Beginning, thence; North 26 deg.09 min. 49 sec. West, as distance of
<br />44.50 feet, thence; South 89 deg. 49 min. 57 sec. West, a distance of 81.18 feet, thence South 00 deg. 10
<br />min. 03 sec. East, a distance of 13 feet, thence; North 89 deg. 49 min. 57 sec. East, a distance of 73.05
<br />feet, thence; South 26 deg. 09 min. 49 sec. East, a distance of 36.38 feet, thence; North 63 deg. 50 min.
<br />11 sec. East, a distance of 13 feet to the Point of Beginning, encompassing an area of 0.036 +- acres, all
<br />lying and being in Indian River County, Florida.
