RESOLUTION NO. 99-116 1 A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING THE COMMON THREE FOOT SIDE LOT UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS OF LOTS 3,4 & 5, BLOCK 1, SEBASTIAN GROVE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 85 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. WHEREAS, Indian River County has an easement as described below; and WHEREAS, the retention of the easement serves no public purpose; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to John A. & Ellen Lloyd, successors in interest, heirs and assigns, whose mailing address is 9432 U.S. Highway #1, Sebastian, Florida 32958, as follows: Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the following described easement the three (3) foot common side lot utility and drainage easements of Lots 3, 4 & 5, Block 1, Sebastian Grove Estates Subdivision, , more particularly described as being westerly three (3) feet of Lot 3; the easterly three (3) feet of Lot 4; the westerly three (3) feet of Lot 4, and the easterly three (3) feet of Lot 5, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 85 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , seconded by Commissioner G i n n , and adopted on the 19th day of October, 1999, by the following vote: Commissioner Kenneth R.
