RESOLUTION NO. 99-116 <br />1 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING <br />THE COMMON THREE FOOT SIDE LOT UTILITY AND DRAINAGE <br />EASEMENTS OF LOTS 3,4 & 5, BLOCK 1, SEBASTIAN GROVE ESTATES <br />SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT <br />BOOK 5, PAGE 85 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an easement as described below; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />John A. & Ellen Lloyd, successors in interest, heirs and assigns, whose mailing address is 9432 U.S. <br />Highway #1, Sebastian, Florida 32958, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the <br />following described easement <br />the three (3) foot common side lot utility and drainage easements of Lots 3, 4 & 5, Block 1, Sebastian <br />Grove Estates Subdivision, , more particularly described as being westerly three (3) feet of Lot 3; the <br />easterly three (3) feet of Lot 4; the westerly three (3) feet of Lot 4, and the easterly three (3) feet of Lot 5, <br />according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 85 of the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , <br />seconded by Commissioner G i n n , and adopted on the 19th day of October, 1999, by <br />the following vote: <br />Commissioner Kenneth R.
