MAY 18 1983 <br />BOO CAU;` <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Lyons, the <br />Board unanimously approved the application <br />for Concealed Firearm Permit for <br />James R. Rott. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Commissioner Scurlock asked that Items C & D be removed <br />from the Consent Agenda at this time. <br />A. Report <br />Received and placed on file in the Office of the Clerk: <br />Traffic Violation Bureau - Special Trust Fund <br />Month of April, 1983 - $37,392.73 <br />B. Report <br />Received and placed on file in the Office of the Clerk: <br />Traffic Violations by Name, April, 1983 <br />C. Approval of Antenna Site Lease at Hobart Park <br />for Indian River County School Board <br />The Board reviewed the proposed Antenna Site Lease. <br />Attorney Brandenburg gave a brief background on this <br />matter and reported that they had first sent the site lease <br />over to School Board Attorney Caldwell and didn't hear <br />anything. Then the School Board got a new attorney, Russ <br />Peterson, who couldn't find the site lease, and another copy <br />was sent over. After some delay, the lease was returned as <br />changes were needed in the insurance provisions. The pro- <br />visions as originally written were contrary to what the <br />State law provides for school board insurance. <br />Commissioner Scurlock had three questions re the lease: <br />1) What charges would be incurred on the <br />electricity? <br />2) Where does the money go, to the General <br />Fund? <br />3) Is the insurance amount in #9 of the lease <br />sufficient? <br />2 <br />W- <br />
