r MAY 18 1983 1 <br />54(1) to appoint the members of the Treasure Coast Private Indus- <br />try Council, in accordance with Section 102 of Title I of <br />the JTPA and Section 8 of this Agreement, which shall serve <br />the functions described in Section 103 of Title I of the <br />JTPA; and <br />(2) to enter into an agreement or agreements with the Treasure <br />Coast Private Industry Council to determine the selection of <br />a grant recipient and entity to administer the job training <br />plan, and to determine the procedures for the development of <br />the job training plan as described in Section 103 of Title I <br />of the JTPA; and <br />(3) to review and approve all job training plans prepared under <br />Section 104 of Title I of the JTPA and jointly submit, along <br />with the Treasure Coast Private Industry Council, said plans <br />to the Governor; and <br />(4) to perform any other appropriate duties necessary for the <br />accomplishment of and consistent with the purposes of this <br />Agreement and the JTPA. <br />7. Quorum and Voting. <br />At all meetings of the Treasure Coast Job Training Consortium, the <br />presence in person of a majority of the whole Treasure Coast Job Train- <br />ing Consortium shall be necessary and sufficient to constitute a <br />quorum for the transaction of business. At all meetings of the <br />Treasure Coast Job Training Consortium at which a quorum is present, <br />all matters shall be decided by the vote of a majority of the members <br />of the Treasure Coast Job Training Consortium. <br />8. Establishment, Composition, and Appointment of Treasure Coast <br />Private Industry Council. <br />There is hereby established a Private Industry Council, which <br />shall be constituted in accordance with the requirements of Section <br />102 of Title I of the JTPA and this Section 8 of this Agreement (here- <br />inafter called the "Treasure Coast -Private Industry Council").
