MAY 18 1983 6owc 3 Fac, <br />ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN CONVEYANCES TO COUNTY <br />Attorney Brandenburg reviewed the following memo, <br />noting that this is just acknowledgment of acceptance of <br />certain rights-of-way the Board had requested his office to <br />obtain: <br />TO: Members of the DATE: May 11, 1983 FILE: <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />SUBJECT: Acceptance of Certain <br />Conveyances to <br />Indian River County <br />(E42 <br />FROM: ChristophqTj. Paull REFERENCES: <br />Assistant County Attorney <br />The County Attorney's Office hereby requests acknowledgement by the <br />Board of•the delivery and acceptance of the following conveyances, <br />together with authorization to record same in the Public Records of <br />Indian River County: <br />1. A Quit -Claim Deed from Florence M. Schlitt to Indian River <br />County, conveying -approximately 400 feet of needed right-of-way <br />for the 14th Street improvements. <br />2. A Quit -Claim Deed from Mr.. & Mrs. Gregory Neteler to Indian <br />River County, conveying approximately 134 feet of needed <br />right-of-way for the 14th Street improvements. <br />3. Warranty Deed from the Pioneer Baptist Church of Vero Beach, <br />Inc. to Indian River County for a pie -shaped parcel to be used <br />.as right-of-way for the 2nd Street improvements made recently <br />by the Public Works Department between O1d.Dixie and 8th <br />Avenue. <br />4. A 40 foot utility easement from Tropic Villas North, Inc. to <br />Indian River County to support the water and sewer lines <br />• transferred previously to the County. <br />The documents are available for inspection in the Attorney's <br />Office. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by -Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously <br />formally accepted for the record the various <br />deeds and easements listed above. <br />
