Wednesday, May 25, 1983 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, met in Special Session at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, <br />on Wednesday, May 25, 1983, at 8:30 o'clock A.M. Present <br />were Richard N. Bird, Chairman; Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Vice <br />Chairman; Margaret C. Bowman; Patrick B. Lyons; and William <br />C. Wodtke, Jr. Also present were Michael J. Wright, County <br />- Administrator; Gary Brandenburg, Attorney to the Board of <br />County Commissioners; Jeffrey K. Barton, Finance Director; <br />and Virginia Hargreaves, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and led the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />The Chairman asked for any additions to the Agenda. <br />There were none. <br />MENTAL HEALTH BOARD DISTRICT NO. 9 - RESIGNATION AND <br />APPOINTMENTS <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unani- <br />mously.accepted the resignation of Thelma <br />FitzGerald from Mental Health Board District <br />No. 9 and directed that she be sent a letter <br />of thanks for her services. <br />1 <br />MAY 2 5 1983 aux Fw r 7 <br />
