RESOLUTION NO. 99- 74 <br />2. Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the <br />following described lands, which were dedicated for right-of-way by Amerada <br />Hess Corporation, a Delaware corporation are hereby cancelled pursuant to the <br />authority of section 196.28, F.S. <br />See attached Warranty Deed describing lands, <br />recorded in O.R. Book 1274 at Pages 1508-1510, <br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner Ginn , and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Kenneth R. Macht, Chairman Ayp <br />Fran B. Adams, Vice Chairman Aye <br />John W. Tippin Aye <br />Caroline D. Ginn Aye <br />Ruth M.
