JUN 1 1993 , 53 �4�r . <br />Commissioner Scurlock felt there might be a tendency on <br />the Consent Agenda to leave out too much backup material and <br />asked that adequate information be provided in the future. <br />Attorney Brandenburg advised that the easement is <br />written so that at anytime should the City not require that <br />easement, then it automatically reverts to the County. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bowman, the <br />Board unanimously authorized for signature <br />of the Chairman, the following Deed of <br />Easement from Indian River County to the <br />City of Vero Beach. <br />DEED OF EASEMENT 1.11 <br />THIS DEED OF EASEMENT made this qday of ci , <br />1983, by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida, party of the first part, and the City of Vero Beach, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of Florida, party of the second <br />part. <br />WITNESSETH• <br />That the said party of the first part, for and in <br />consideration of the sum -of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other valuable <br />consideration in hand paid by the party of the second part, the <br />receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, unto the <br />said party of the second part, and its successors and assigns <br />hereof forever, subject to termination as set forth herein, an <br />easement for the location, relocation, and maintenance of a <br />sewerage system pump station, under, over, across, and upon the <br />following described property located in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />14 <br />
