JUN 1 1983 <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />89M. 53- FAr.;F 655 <br />Staff recommends that final plat approval be granted to Seagrove <br />South - Unit II, subject to the condition that the original <br />contract between the applicant and County for construction of <br />improvements in Seagrove South Subdivision - Unit I, be amended <br />to include the completion of construction of improvements in <br />Unit II. <br />Bruce King, Community Development Director, explained <br />that construction of the site has been completed with the <br />exception of the installation of utilities, grass seeding, <br />and the laying of sod. The applicant has agreed to amend <br />their original Letter of Credit to include the $60,000 <br />estimate by the County Engineer for the construction costs <br />involved in the exceptions. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wodtke, the <br />Board unanimously granted final plat <br />approval for Seagrove South - Unit II <br />Subdivision, as recommended by staff. <br />APPOINTMENT TO MOBILE HOME ADVISORY BOARD <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 5/24/83: <br />TO: Board of County DATE: May 24, 1983 FILE: Agenda 6/1/83 <br />Commissioners <br />SUBJECT: Appointment to Mobile <br />Home Advisory Board <br />FROM: Alice White REFERENCES: Resume from <br />John Brondell <br />Ranchland Mobile Home Park <br />Bernard Covington has residned from the Mobile Home Advisory <br />Board. He was an owner/manager representative on the Board, <br />and his term would have expired in March, 1984. <br />7o date, we have received one resume. Mr. John Brondell, <br />co-owner of Ranchland Mobile Home Park has requested <br />consideration of his application to fill the vacancy.created <br />by Mr. Covington's resignation. Mr. Brondell has attended <br />many of the Committee meetings as an interested citizen, and <br />is willing to devote some of his time as a representative on <br />this Board. <br />32 <br />
