<br />lying and being in Indian River County, Florida.
<br />The property herein conveyed DOES NOT constitute the HOMESTEAD
<br />Property of the Grantor. Grantor does not reside on said property
<br />nor on any property contiguous thereto. The Grantor's HOMESTEAD
