a <br />Commissioner Scurlock commented that this ordinance <br />obviously is not perfect, but he believed as we become aware <br />of areas that need to be tightened up, we can address them. <br />Attorney Paull further noted that the nuisance <br />provision. of this ordinance applies to all animals, not <br />just dogs and cats. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, the.Board unanimously <br />closed the public hearing. <br />Attorney Paull informed the Board that there are two <br />minor amendments which he wished noted on the record. One <br />involves just a renumbering of a section - Section 11 C <br />should be renumbered 11 B and Section ll B would then become <br />Section 11 C.
