JUS! 15 198 <br />This closing will facilitate a dispersal area for our parade. <br />This will allow a free pedestrian zone between the parking area <br />and the Riverview Park. <br />We are asking permission to close the aforementioned section of <br />CR512 from 8:00 on the morning of the 3rd and will be back in <br />full service in the early morning hours of the 5th. SILVER' <br />SUBJECT PROPERTY: LOT 15, <br />UNIT #1, BENT PINE SUB- <br />DIVISION <br />FROM: Betty Davis, REFERENCES: <br />Zoning Inspector - <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of June 15, 1983. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The County has been petitioned by Phillip Silver, owner of the <br />subject property, for release of the fifty (50) foot utility, <br />drainage, and golf course maintenance easement, being the north <br />50 feet of Lot 15, Unit #1, Bent Pine Subdivision. Lot 15 is <br />50 feet in width on the front property boundary, 262.68 feet in <br />depth on the north property boundary, 244.84 feet in width on <br />the rear property boundary, and 200 feet in depth on the south <br />property boundary. It is Mr. Silver's intention to construct a <br />residence and pool on this site. <br />
