County Commission, Cody and Associates <br />has completed a study of our classifications, pay plan and job descriptions. <br />It is recommended that the data herein be given formal consideration by <br />the County Commission. <br />1. Attached is a revised copy of the Classifications by <br />Occupational G=roups and Allocation List as discussed <br />by the Board during the workshop meeting of May 16, 1983. <br />2. A list of positions below the new salary range. <br />3. A list of positions at the top or above the new pay ranges. <br />Staff recommends that funds in the amount of approximately $1,500 plus <br />fringes, be approved by the Board and budgets be amended by October 1, <br />1983. <br />Administrator Wright stated that basically these are <br />the revised amendments as discussed during the workshop of <br />May 11, 1983 and recommended approval by the Board. <br />Personnel Manager Lois Hoder confirmed that the bottom <br />line financially is that the acceptance of this report would <br />45 <br />
