BARTON <br />CLERK CIRCUIT COURT <br />INDIAN RIVER CO., FLA <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />CONFIRMING THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN CONNECTION <br />WITH A WATER MAIN EXTENSION TO THE FLORAVON SHORES <br />SUBDIVISION; PROVIDING FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LIENS <br />TO BE MADE OF RECORD. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by <br />Resolution No. 99-089, adopted September 7, 1999, determined to make special <br />assessments against certain properties to be serviced by a water main extension to the <br />Floravon Shores Subdivision (1100 Place); and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said special <br />assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are to be paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published in the Vero Beach Press Journal, as <br />required by Section 206.04, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County passed <br />Resolution No. 99-090 on September 7, 1999, and set a time and place for a public <br />hearing at which the owners of the properties to be assessed and other interested <br />persons would have the chance to be heard as to any and all complaints as to said <br />project and said special assessments, and for the Board to act as required by Section <br />206.07, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was published in <br />the Press Journal Newspaper on Thursday, September 9, 1999, and once again on <br />Thursday, September 16, 1999 (twice one week apart; the last being at least one week <br />prior to the hearing), as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at least ten days prior <br />to the hearing, as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County on <br />Tuesday, September 28, 1999, at 9:05 a.m. conducted the public hearing with regard to <br />the special assessments; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF IND;AN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />714111 doroment wn9 preparQ by <br />efsc! cn.+'.! t.,.. r •. ct to <br />6 tLr Ca:•:, i <br />itrrc•h, <br />b7o��d� Sl'A,0 <br />A TRUE COPY <br />CERTIFICATION ON LAST PAGE <br />J.K.
