No: N/A <br />Fund Code: DS <br />Contract No: <br />Vendor No: VF596 000 674 006 <br />5r✓��- Eby e d`a-' <br />STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />AND <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />JOINT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this day of ,1999, by and between the <br />State of Florida Department of Transportation hereinafter called the DEPARTMENT, and Indian <br />River County, State of Florida, located at 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, 32960 <br />hereinafter called the COUNTY. <br />WITNESSETH <br />WHEREAS, the DEPARTMENT and the COUNTY are desirous of having the COUNTY make <br />certain improvements at the intersections of State Road 60 (Osceola Boulevard) and 74th Avenue <br />(MP 25.074), Indian River Estates (MP 24.938), and Village Green West Estates (MP 25.252) in <br />Indian River County, Florida ( State FM No. 403690/1/54/01) ; and , <br />WHEREAS, the DEPARTMENT is prepared to contribute funds toward construction and <br />construction engineering and inspection of improvements consisting of ; the construction of a <br />fully actuated traffic signal with a pole/mast arm type traffic signal support system and associated <br />hardware to be fully integrated into the Indian River County Traffic Signal System at the <br />intersection of State Road 60 (Osceola Boulevard) and 74th Avenue/ Range Line Road (MP <br />25.074); <br />1 <br />
