• <br />3/99(RESO)LEGALONGC/nhm <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-.24, <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, RE -DESIGNATING THE "INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY HORIZONTAL CONTROL NETWORK". <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida has adopted an ordinance set out as Indian River County Code <br />Section 913.07(6)(D)(10); and <br />WHEREAS, said ordinance requires newly platted developments <br />within one mile of a monument established in the Indian River County Horizontal <br />Control Network to be tied into that network; and <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate that the "Indian River County <br />Horizontal Control Network" be officially designated; and <br />WHEREAS, new high order monuments have been placed and tied <br />into the Indian River County Horizontal Control Network using highly accurate <br />survey methods, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the <br />"Indian River County Horizontal Control Network" consists at this time of the 127 <br />monuments shown on Map "A" and listed in Attachment "A" to this resolution, <br />and further described in the referenced surveys. All of these monuments meet a <br />minimum of Second Order Class 11 Standards as published by the Federal <br />Geodetic Control Committee. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Ginn and seconded by Commissioner Adams and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Kenneth R. Macht, Chairman <br />Fran B. Adams, Vice Chairman <br />Caroline D. Ginn <br />Ruth Stanbridge <br />John W.
