On <br />behalf of Sheriff Tim Dobeck we -would like for the County to ammend <br />the policy allowing the Sheriff's Department to utilize the max- <br />imum benefits of county prisoner work programs as provided for <br />in F.S.S. 951.21 (1)(3) and the applicable Florida Administrative <br />Code Rules 33-11.13.085 and .09. <br />Thank you for your work and your concern. 11 <br />Si,eely,r <br />Capt.
