<br />This Deed, made this 7th day of December 1999, by and between INDIAN
<br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is 1840
<br />25th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960, party of the first part, and the CITY OF FELLSMERE, a
<br />municipal corporation ofthe State of Florida of Indian River County, whose address is 21 S. Cypress
<br />Street, Fellsmere, Florida 32948, party of the second part,
<br />Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One
<br />Dollar (S1.00) to it in hand paid by the party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the party of the second part, its successors and
<br />assigns forever, the following described land, situate, lying and being in the County of Indian River,
<br />State of Florida, to -wit:
<br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 96, TOWN OF FELLSMERE, according to the Plat
<br />thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Pages 3 and 4, Public Records of St.
<br />Lucie County, Florida; said land now lying and being in Indian River
<br />County, Florida; Less and except the North 10 feet of Lot 1 for the right-of-
<br />way of County Road 512.
<br />In Witness Whereof, the said party of the first part has caused these presents to be executed in its
<br />flame by its Board of County Commissioners, acting by the Chairman of said Board, the day and year
<br />aforesaid.
