cf =ndian River County, Florida that: <br />Section 1. <br />The above recitals are ratified in their entiretv <br />Section 2. <br />The attached Indian River County Local Housing Assistance Plan <br />for FY 2000-2001, 2001-2002, and 2002-2003 is hereby approved <br />by the Board Bouncy Commissioners. <br />Section 3. <br />The Board of County Commissioners directs staff to submit two <br />copies of the Indian Riyer County Local Housing Assistance <br />Plan to the Florida Hous�nq Finance Corporation by certified <br />mail. A minimum of onq of the two copies shall bear the <br />original signature of the ,ui�horized official. <br />Section 4. <br />The county shall continue utilizing ten percent (10%) of the <br />state SHIP allocation for administration of the SHIP program. <br />Section S. <br />The county's maximum asst,*fiance from SHIP funds could be <br />thirty-nine thousand dojjgrS ($39,000.00) per unit, and the <br />average assistance will be Courteen thousand dollars ($14,000) <br />per unit. <br />
