JEFFREYK O V <br />CLERK CIRCUIT COURT <br />NdDIAN RIVER CO., FLA. <br />Confirming (Third Remo.) 3/25/97(ENG)RES3.MAG\gfk <br />U)' <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-32 <br />A RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONFIRMING <br />THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND <br />DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO 1st Street between <br />16th Avenue and 18" Avenue. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County adopted Resolution No. 99-20, providing for certain <br />paving and drainage improvements to rt Street between 16" <br />Avenue and 18" Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which the <br />special assessments are to be made and how the special <br />assessments are to be paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published as required by <br />Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County passed Resolution No. 99-21, on March 2, 1999, which <br />set a time and place for a public hearing at which the owners <br />of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons <br />would have the chance to be heard as to any and all complaints <br />as to said project and said special assessments, and for the <br />Board to act as required by Section 206.07, Indian River <br />County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public <br />hearing was published in the Vero Beach Press Journal <br />Newspaper on March 16, 1999, and March 23, 1999, (twice one <br />week apart, and the last being at least one week prior to the <br />hearing), as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County <br />Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at <br />least ten days prior to the hearing, as required by Section <br />206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County on Tuesday.
