J U L 18 1983 <br />APO <br />committee had made in correcting misquotations and incorrect <br />names. <br />Chairman Bird asked if Commissioner Bowman was <br />recommending that this rewritten report be used as our <br />report. <br />Commissioner Bowman confirmed that she was, but with <br />the understanding that there still are two more meetings and <br />other changes will be made. <br />Commissioner Scurlock stated that it was his <br />understanding that the primary responsibility of the Ad Hoc <br />Committee was not only to make recommendations, but also to <br />analyze impacts on our Comprehensive Plan, and he had felt <br />the Planning Department would come up with an itemized <br />account of the impact in reference to our own Plan. <br />Administrator Wright reported that Director King has <br />taken the rewritten report and compared it to our <br />Comprehensive Plan, pointing out where there are areas that <br />are different as set out in the following Policy Analysis; <br />2 <br />
