<br />REGARDING APPEAL OF SITE ,
<br />PLAN DISAPPROVAL
<br />On June 23, 1983, the Planning and Zoning
<br />Commission of Indian River County, Florida,
<br />denied the request of Thomas Beatty for site plan
<br />approval of a 8 -toot fence.
<br />The Board of County Commissioners will con-
<br />duct a public hearing, regarding the appeal by
<br />i the applicant of the decision by the Planning and
<br />Zoning Commission to recommend disapproval of
<br />the site plan request. The publich hearing, at
<br />which parties in interest and citizens shall have
<br />an opportunity to be.heard, will be held by said.
<br />Board of County Commissioners in the. County
<br />Commission Chambers of the County Administra-:
<br />tion Building, located at 1840 25th Street, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, .fitly 20, 1883. at.
<br />2.00 P.M.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made on the above matter, he will need a record
<br />of the proceedings, and for such purposes, he
<br />may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the
<br />proceedings is made, which includes testimony
<br />and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
