DOCUMENT TO BE MADE PART OF THE MINUTES <br />Road Dedication of 6th Avenue S.W. by General Development <br />Corporation is hereby made a part of the Minutes as approved at <br />the meeting of June 1 1983. <br />ROAD DEDICATION <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, <br />a Delaware corporation authorized to do business in the State of Florida <br />and having its office at 1111 So. Bayshore Drive, Miami, Florida 33131, <br />does hereby dedicate, grunt and convey the hereinafter described property <br />for street and road purposes to the County of Indian River, a political <br />subdivision of the State of Florida, for the use and benefit of the public. <br />The property hereby dedicated, granted and conveyed is legally de- <br />scribed on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated hereto by reference <br />Whenever said property shall be discontinued or cease to be used for <br />street or road purposes, title thereto shall ipso facto revert to General <br />Development Corporation, its successors and assigns. <br />IN:WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed these presents <br />this 8th day of April, 1983. <br />Executed in the presence of: GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION <br />BY: �- <br />C. .CRUMP, or Vice President <br />ATTEST: <br />J.S C s t.
