Winter Beach Road, east of U.S. Highway 1. The subject <br />property is ± 20 acres in size. It is zoned R-3, Single -Family <br />Residential, (6.2 dwelling units/acre allowable building <br />density). The land use designation is LD -1, Low -Density - <br />Residential (3 dwelling units/acre allowable building density). <br />The proposed building density is 1.4 dwelling units/acre. <br />15 <br />
