<br />THIS QUIT -CLAIM DEED, executed this 20th day of
<br />July , A.D., 1983, by INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a
<br />political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing
<br />address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960,
<br />hereinafter "Grantor," to SOUTH INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FIRE
<br />DISTRICT, a special district existing under the laws of the
<br />State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1053 20th Place, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida 32960, hereinafter "Grantee."
<br />(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" shall
<br />include singular and plural, heirs and assigns of individuals
<br />and the successors and assigns of corporations, wherever the
<br />context so admits or requires.)
<br />WITNESSETH, that Grantor, for and in consideration of
<br />the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS in hand paid by Grantee, the
<br />receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise,
<br />release,.and quit claim unto Grantee, all the right, title,
<br />interest, claim and demand which Grantor has in and to the
<br />following described parcel of land, situate, lying and being in
<br />the County of Indian River, State of Florida, to -wit:
<br />Commence at the Southeast corner of Tract 8, Section
<br />11, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, Indian River
<br />County, Florida; thence run North 00°12'13" West along
<br />the East line of Section 11, Township 33 South, Range
<br />38 East, Indian River County, Florida, a distance of
<br />100.00 feet; thence run South 89°24101" West and
<br />parallel with the South line of aforesaid Tract 8 a
<br />distance of 30.00 feet to the West right-of-way line
<br />of State Road 609 and the Point of Beginning. From
<br />the Point of Beginning continue South 89°24101" West
<br />and parallel with the South line of Tract 8 a distance
<br />217.80 feet; thence run North 00°12113" West and
<br />parallel to the East line of Section 11 a distance of
<br />100.00 feet; thence run North 89°24101" East and
<br />parallel to the South line of. Tract 8 a distance of
<br />217.80 feet to the West right-of-way line of State
<br />Road 609 (known as Ranch Road) thence run South
<br />00°12'13" East along the West right -o£ -way line of
<br />State Road 609 and parallel to the East line of
<br />Section 11 a distance of l0b.00 feet to the Point of
<br />Beginning containing 0.50 acres, more or less and all lying
<br />and being in Tract 8, Section 11, Township 33 South, Range
<br />38 East, Indian River County, Florida.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and
<br />singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
<br />appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien,
<br />equity and claim whatsoever of the Grantor, either in law or
<br />equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said
<br />Grantee forever.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused these presents
<br />to be signed and sealed the day and year first above written.
