JUL 2 o 1983 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-51 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that they support the efforts <br />of the City of Sebastian to extend Stratton Boulevard <br />across the Florida East Coast Railroad line and request the <br />Administrative Hearing Board to favorably consider the <br />request in that the railroad crossing will be an essential <br />link in the transportation network of Indian River County <br />and the City of Sebastian in the future. <br />The foregoing Resolution is offered by Commissioner <br />Lyons who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Wodtke and unpon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />RICHARD N. BIRD ABSENT <br />DON C. SCURLOCK, JR. AYE <br />MARGARET C. BOWMAN AYE <br />PATRICK B. LYONS AYE <br />WILLIAM C. WODTKE, JR.
