The unincorporated area of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />18) COUNTY ENGINEER. The individual employed by Indian <br />River County as County Engineer or his duly authorized representa- <br />tive. <br />19) COUNTY LAND USE PLAN. An element of the <br />Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County. <br />20) COUNTY STANDARDS. The minimum specifications, <br />design standards and construction details as compiled by the <br />Office of the County Engineer and adopted by resolution of the <br />Board of County Commissioners as the "Indian River County <br />Engineering Standards". <br />21) CUL-DE-SAC. A minor street intersecting another <br />street at one end and terminating at the other end by a vehicular <br />turnaround. <br />22) DEVELOPER.
