Manager <br />V. 14 a4g%dVaLul- <br />Charles Kindig, <br />RELEASE OF EASEMENT <br />REQUEST BY LEO JABLONSKI <br />SUBJECT PROPERTY: LOTS <br />17 & 18, BLOCK N, OSLO <br />PARK SUBDIVISION, #2 <br />Zoning Inspector REFERENCES: <br />JABLONSKI <br />DW:MAYG01 <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given <br />formal consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at <br />their regular meeting of July 20, 1983. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The County has been petitioned by Leo F. Jablonski, owiker of <br />the subject property, for release of the ten (10) foot <br />utility and drainage easement, being the north 5 feet of Lot <br />17, Block N and the south 5 feet of Lot 18, Block N, Oslo <br />Park Subdivision, #2. Lot 17 is 50 feet in width and 100 <br />feet in depth. Lot 18 is 50 feet in width and 100 feet in <br />depth. It is Mr. Jablonski's intention to consolidate the <br />two lots and construct a residence on the site. <br />The current zoning classification is R-1, Single -Family Res- <br />idential. The land use designation is LD -2, Low Density_, six <br />units/acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, Florida Power <br />and Light Company, Florida Cablevision, Inc. and the Utility <br />and Right -of -Way Departments. Based upon their reviews, there <br />were no objections to release of the easement. The zoning <br />staff analysis, which included a site visit, showed that <br />drainage would be adequately handled by the existing front and <br />side swales. <br />It is the Zoning Department's opinion that to release the <br />common side lot 5 foot easements of Lots 17 and 18, Block N, <br />Oslo Park Subdivision, #2, would have no adverse effect. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends to the Board, through adoption of a resolu- <br />tion, the release of the common side lot 5 foot easements of <br />Lots 17 and 18, Block N, Oslo Park Subdivision, #2. <br />L� <br />
