The final plat shall be: <br />(a) prepared by a land surveyor registered and <br />licensed in the State of Florida <br />(b) on sheets twenty-four (24) inches by thirty- <br />six (36) inches, with a one-half (1/2) inch margin on three sides <br />and a three (3) inch margin on the left side for binding <br />(c) to a scale not smaller than one (1) inch repre- <br />sents one hundred (100) feet.
