Barton, Budget Director <br />Subject: Petition Paving Program <br />PA.v 77 <br />On January 19, 1983, the Board approved the transfer of funds from Road & Bridge <br />fund to the Petition Paving fund per Book 52, Pages 663-670. The following budget <br />amendment is to correctly record the transfer of those funds. <br />Account 'title Account No. Increase Decrease <br />Transfer Out 004-199-513-99.21 100.,000 <br />Other Rd/Material 004-214-541-35.39 700,000 <br />Transfer In 703-000-381••20.00 100,000 <br />Other Rd/Material 703-214-541-35.39 100,000 <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Lyons, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wodtke, that the <br />Board approve the above budget amendment, <br />as recommended by OMB Director Barton. <br />In discussion, Commissioner Wodtke asked if a master <br />file was being kept that could be entered into the computer <br />in the future. Director Barton explained that he does'not <br />keep the records, but Public Works Director Sim Davis keeps <br />the master lists of what is still outstanding. <br />Administrator Wright advised that they knew what amount <br />has been collected, and that we have received some payments <br />back, probably in the area of 30%-40% over a two-year <br />period. He assured Commissioner Wodtke that it should <br />revolve back in and they were keeping up. <br />The Chairman CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />The Motion carried unanimously. <br />6 <br />
