RESOLUTION NO. 99- 40 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL <br />DEVICES AUTHORIZED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has directed the <br />Director of Public Works to maintain a ledger listing the <br />traffic control devices in the unincorporated area of the County <br />(Section 312.18, Indian River County Code); and <br />WHEREAS, the code requires this ledger to be presented to the <br />Board of County Commissioners for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the ledger has been presented and is attached as <br />Exhibit "A" to this Resolution, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT: <br />The Board of County Commissioners hereby accepts and approves <br />the traffic control device ledger which is Exhibit "A" to this <br />resolution. <br />The <br />Adams <br />Ginn <br />follows: <br />resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />, and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />Chairman Kenneth R.
