<br />It is requested that the data herein pEesented be given
<br />formal ,consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at
<br />their regular meeting of August 17, 1983.
<br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS
<br />The County has been petitioned by Michael Mezzina, owner of
<br />the subject property, for release of the north five (5) foot
<br />easement of Lot 20, common side lot 5' easements of Lots 19
<br />and 20, Lots 18 and 19, Lots 17 and 18, and the south five
<br />(5) foot easement of Lot 17, Block C, Oslo Park Subdivision,
<br />Unit#3. These lots are 50 feet in width and 100 feet in
<br />depth. It is Mr. Mezzina's intention to construct 3
<br />single-family residences on the four lots.
<br />The current zoning classification is R-1, Single -Family
<br />Residential. The land use designation is LD -2, Low Density,
<br />six units/acre.
<br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS
<br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, Florida
<br />Power and Light Company, Florida Cablevision, Inc. and the
<br />Utility and Right -of -Way Departments Based upon their
<br />reviews, there were no objections to release of the ease-
<br />ments. The zoning staff analysis, which included a site
<br />visit, showed that drainage would be adequately handled by
<br />the existing front and rear swales.
<br />It is the Zoning Department's opinion that to release the
<br />north 5 foot easement of Lot 20, common side lot 5 foot
<br />easements of Lots 19 and 20, Lots 18 and 19, Lots 17 and 18,
<br />and the south five (5) foot easement of Lot 17, Block C,
<br />Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit #3 would have no adverse effect.
<br />RECOMMENDATION
<br />Staff recommends to the Board, through adoption of a resolu-
<br />tion, the release of the north 5 foot easement of Lot 20,
<br />common side lot 5 foot easements of Lots 19 and 20, Lots 18
<br />and 19, Lots 17 and 18, and the south five (5) foot easement
<br />of Lot 17, Block C, Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit #3.
