Release of Easement <br />- Lots 21 & 22, Block B <br />- Oslo Park <br />Subdivision, Unit #3 -.Bayview Builders, Inc. <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 8/1/83: <br />TO: <br />The Honorable Members SATE: August 1, 1983 <br />of the Board of '/FILE: ER -83-07-21 <br />County Commissioners <br />DIVISION HEAD CONCURRENCE <br />SUBJECT: <br />Patrick Bruce King, AICP <br />THROUGH: Bob Keating, <br />Planning�& Zoning Dept. <br />FROM: Charles Kindig <br />Zoning Inspector <br />AICP <br />Manager <br />RELEASE OF EASEMENT <br />REQUEST BY BAYVIEW <br />BUILDERS, INC. - <br />SUBJECT PROPERTY: LOTS <br />21 AND 22 ON BLOCK B OF <br />OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION, <br />UNIT #3 <br />Bayview Bldrs. <br />REFERENCES: MAY001 <br />It is requested tat the data heiein presenEed be given <br />formal consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at <br />their regular meeting of August 17, 1983. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The County has been petitioned by Bayview Builders, Inc., <br />owners of the subject property, for release of the ten (10) <br />foot utility and drainage easement, being the north 5 feet <br />of Lot 21, Block B and the south 5 feet of Lot 22, Block B, <br />Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit #3. These lots are 50 feet in <br />width and 100 feet in depth. It is Bayview Builders' <br />intention to consolidate the two lots and construct a <br />residence on the site. <br />The current zoning classification is R-1, Single -Family <br />Residential. The land use designation is LD -2, Low Density, <br />six units/acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, Florida <br />Power and Light Company, Florida Cablevision, Inc. and the <br />Utility and Right -of -Way Departments. Based upon their <br />review, there were no objections to release of the easement. <br />The zoning staff analysis, which included a site visit, <br />showed that drainage would be adequately handled by the <br />existing front and rear swales. <br />It is the Zoning Department's opinion that to release the <br />common side lot 5 foot easements of Lots 21 and 22 on Block <br />B of Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit #3, would have no adverse. <br />effect. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends to the Board, through adoption of a resolu- <br />tion, the release of the common side lot 5 foot easements of <br />Lots 21 and 22 on -Block B of Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit #3. <br />
