1 <br />11 <br />1 <br />I. <br />TUESDAY, FFBHUARY 17th 1931.. <br />The Board of County Commissioners in and for Indian River County, Florida, met at <br />the Court House in Vero Beach,, on Tuesday, February 17th 19319 with the following <br />members of the Board present: .Albert U. Helseth, Chairman; J.D.Yongue; T.N.IaBruce; <br />J.J.P.Hamilton and Eli C. Walker. also present were Miles Warren, Clerk amd Clark S. <br />Rice, Sheriff, <br />The Notary Public bond of J.J.Bustin in the sum of §500.00 with The American <br />Surety Company, m corporation, of New York as surety was approved. <br />As provided by law the list of Confederate pensioners living in Indian River <br />County, Florida, was examined and found to be correct was approved. <br />A petition was received signed by tax Payers in Sebastian precinct respecting <br />the re -designation of the line separating fresh and salt water in the Sebastian River. <br />it was ordered, this petition be filed. <br />It was ordered Dorothea Holmden, Fellsmere, be placed on the paup6r list to <br />receive *15.00 per month. <br />It was ordered Ida. V. Linson, Vero Beach, R.P.D. be placed on the pauper list to <br />receive 915.00 per month. <br />Herman J. _ Zeuch appeared before the Board respecting demand made on him for 1929 <br />personal property tax on Osceola Apartments and grange Hotel. Same was taken under <br />consideration. <br />The labor pay rolls for work done on the roads of the County having been presented <br />was examined and found to be correct was approved and warrants ordered issued in <br />settlement of some. the warrants so issued being listed completely in the County <br />Finance Record as provided by law, reference to such Finance Record and the list so <br />recorded being made a part of these minutes as fully and completely as if the same <br />were set out herein in detail. <br />There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried, the Board <br />then adjourned until the regular meeting to be held in March 19331: <br />AT ST: Chairman <br />C 1 e r k. <br />
