SEP' ­ <br />i <br />EXHIBIT <br />"B" <br />Table <br />10 <br />Explanation <br />of Rates <br />Type of Charge <br />Description <br />Connection Charges <br />Payable at time a Certificate of <br />Occupancy is issued for a unit and <br />prior to any service being provided. <br />Base Charge <br />Monthly cost of service payable by all <br />units which have received a Certificate <br />of Occupancy, regardless if service is <br />provided. <br />Wastewater Gallonage Rate <br />Monthly cost of wastewater treatment, <br />payable by all units which are • <br />serviced each month. The cost is <br />based on the gallonage used, expressed <br />in loads of gallons times the rate <br />(minimum of 25Q0 gallons per month). <br />Irrigation Gallonage Rate <br />Monthly cost of irrigation water which <br />will be paid by all units which have <br />been closed, regardless if service is <br />provided. <br />Water Gallonage Rate <br />Monthly cost of water treatment, payable <br />by all units which are serviced each month. <br />The cost is based on the gallonage used, <br />expressed by load of gallons times the <br />rate (minimum of 2500 gallons per month). <br />SEP' ­ <br />i <br />
