Chiarella <br />Wendy L. Chiarella <br />Eileen Agnes Regan <br />B. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING ACCOUNT AT SOUTHEAST <br />BANK FOR HEALTH INSURANCE ASO PLUS FUNDS <br />OMB Director Barton explained the method of payment <br />that allows the County to save money under the Gulf Life ASO <br />Plus Provisions. He requested that he be given <br />authorization to set up a separate account in a local bank <br />to maintain a balance required by Gulf Life provisions. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Lyons, the Board <br />unanimously adopted Resolution 83-72, <br />authorizing the Chairman to execute <br />applications for an account at the South- <br />east Bank, N.A. thereby establishing an <br />account entitled the Gulf Life Health Ins. <br />Reserve Trust for Indian River County for the <br />purpose of maintaining the balance required by <br />the County's insurance policy with the Gulf Life <br />Company under the ASO Plus Provisions. <br />A <br />4 <br />
