Chairman Bird noted that we now need to consider any <br />amendments or changes in the advertised budget. <br />Commissioner Scurlock believed Mr. Barton spelled it <br />out quite well. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Scurlock, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Lyons, that the <br />cash Balance Forward 10/1/83 in the General <br />Fund be amended to reflect a $6,232 increase <br />and the interfund transfers reflect an increase <br />from $75,627 to $81,859, for a`total budget of <br />$9,225.691. <br />Director Barton commented that the original stated <br />increase over rollback was 18.43% and this would change it <br />to 17.49%. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />It was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />Attorney Brandenburg read into the record proposed <br />Resolution 83-80 establishing a tax millage rate for the <br />General Fund. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />approved Resolution 83-80 establishing the <br />adjusted millage rate of 2.70769 for the <br />General Fund for fiscal year 1983-84. <br />13 <br />11 <br />SEP 21 1983 ?Ac€ "7 _ <br />
