For the <br />accounting records, it is necessary to record the loans as expenditures. The purpose of <br />this memo is to provide you with the history of those expenditures with the understanding <br />that if the Indian River County Housing Authority generates any revenues in the future over <br />and above their expenditures, they will reimburse the Board of County Commissioners of Indii <br />River County for these loans. <br />Director Barton noted that the Housing Authority <br />tentative budget should be increased by $6,232 as discussed <br />earlier when reviewing the General Fund. This increase <br />would adjust the Housing Authority budget to $74,884, as <br />listed above. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />agreed to increase the Housing Authority Fund <br />by $6,232, bringing it to a total of $74,884. <br />Director Barton reported that at the first public hear - <br />71 <br />SEP 2 1983 BOOK �s <br />
