County proceeding with any more effort in analyzing this or <br />hiring consultants or bond counsel, he felt we need to <br />require certain indemnification and agreement from the <br />developers indicating they will pay all of our costs in the <br />endeavor. Attorney Brandenburg noted that it is important <br />that this matter go forward as quickly as possible as these <br />developers have projects underway now; they need the line to <br />be constructed and completed within a year, which is a'very <br />tight timeframe for such a major line. <br />Commissioner Lyons asked where we stand with the order <br />of our priorities in regard to the subdivisions in the Oslo <br />Road area. He wanted assurance that the County was <br />following through on -the commitment made during that <br />workshop meeting. Administrator Wright stated they were not <br />ready with that matter, but would be bringing it back to the <br />Board in the very near future. <br />Vice.
