ORDINANCE NO. 83-33 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of <br />Intent to redesignate the hereinafter described property and <br />pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at <br />which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THERE- <br />FORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River•County, Florida, that the Land Use Element of <br />the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County, Florida, and <br />the accompanying Land Use Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the.Land Use Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 6, BLOCK 2 <br />OF DR. RICHARD E. BULLINGTON'S SUBDIVISION, <br />ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2 AT <br />PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST, LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA; <br />FROM SAID POINT RUN EAST 100 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH <br />154 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST 100 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH <br />ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF LOT 6 A DISTANCE OF 154 FEET <br />TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; SAID LAND NOW LYING AND <br />BEING IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />Be changed from MD -2, Medium Density Residential to <br />C, Commercial. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Land Use Element. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida on this 12thday <br />of October , 1983. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />By=_ 111Isz1. <br />RICHARD N.
