�T 2 193 <br />OCT 1 ra <br />beach enclaves retain their existing LD -2. <br />It was felt <br />through cluster development that 6 units per acre would not <br />adversely affect the environment along the beach and it is <br />compatible with the Town's development. <br />Chairman Bird asked if we have any pending site plans <br />in these properties, and was informed that we do not. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be <br />heard. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />closed the public hearing. <br />Commissioner Lyons asked if any representative from the <br />Town of Indian River Shores was present, and Mr. Shearer <br />reported that a copy of this information was sent to Town <br />Manager Dorsky and all property owners were properly <br />notified as well as those within 3001. <br />ON MOTION -by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, the -Board unanimously <br />adopted Ordinance 83-35 amending the Comprehen- <br />sive Plan to redesignate all of the river en- <br />claves (areas west of a line 400 feet west of <br />and parallel to SR AlA) from LD -2 to LD -1. <br />ON MOTION BY Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously <br />agreed that all of the beach enclaves (areas <br />east of a line 400 feet west of and parallel <br />to SR AlA should retain their existing LD -2. <br />W <br />
