TO: Board of County DATE: October 12, 1983 FILE: <br />Commissioners <br />FROM: Alice White <br />Secretary <br />Re -appointments to <br />SUBJECT: Building Code Board <br />of AdAustments <br />REFERENCES: <br />Dean Luethje and Peter Robinson's terms have expired on the <br />Building Code Board of Adjustments. Both men have agreed to <br />accept re -appointment. Each member of the Board is appointed for <br />4 years. In order to have all appointments expire in January, it <br />is requested that the terms of Mr. Luethje and Mr. Robinson be <br />extended to January, 1988. <br />Discussion ensued regarding length of term, and it <br />was noted that this would be for four years and 3 months. <br />It was agreed to check and see if an individual can serve <br />several terms. <br />ON MOTION MADE by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously re- <br />appointed Dean Luethje and Peter Robinson to serve <br />another term on the Building Code Board of Adjust- <br />ments subject to checking out the regulations <br />re serving of terms. <br />MEDICAL EXAMINER - INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br />Chairman Bird announced that he had received a request <br />from States Attorney Robert Stone asking us to be part of an <br />interlocal agreement with Martin, St. Lucie and Okeechobee <br />60 brx 55 pAu 153 <br />OCT 19 1983 <br />I <br />
