r <br />NQV16 1993 <br />ON MOTION MADE by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 83-42, changing the designation of the <br />Commercial Node at the intersection of CR 512 and <br />I-95 to Commercial/Industrial on the Land Use Map <br />and enlarging it from 150 acres to 175 acres. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 83-42 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />amend the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan and <br />pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at <br />which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Land Use Element of the <br />Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County, Florida, and the <br />accompanying Land Use Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan be <br />amended by changing the designation of the commercial <br />node at the intersection of I-95 and C.R. 512 from a <br />commercial node to a commercial/industrial node and <br />enlarging the node from 150 acres to 175 acres. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Land Use Element. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on thisl6th day of November , <br />1983. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />BY: <br />RICHARD N.
