Chairman Bird felt possibly we could move the reorgani- <br />zational meeting to the second meeting in January. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously <br />agreed that if all five Commissioners are not <br />present at the first meeting in January, the <br />reorganizational meeting will be delayed until <br />the second meeting in January, or until all <br />five Commissioners are present. <br />GROWTH MANAGEMENT LEGISLATIVE MEETING <br />Commissioner Lyons reported that he is disturbed by the <br />people involved with the proposed growth management legisla- <br />tion, and he would like the Commission to set up an educa- <br />tional meeting with our Legislative Delegation to see what <br />we are doing about growth management and what is in the <br />mill. <br />Administrator Wright informed the Board that Represen- <br />tative Patchett suggested we bring this up at the Legisla- <br />tive Delegation meeting in January, and if the Board concurs <br />and would like to have an informal presentation, we can make <br />it a part of our allocated time. <br />Commissioner Lyons believed we have got to be heard on <br />this, and the Board members concurred. <br />Commissioner Lyons thereupon left the meeting at 5:20 <br />o'clock P.M. <br />BID # 188 - 4 AUTOMOBILES FOR BUILDING DEPARTMENT <br />The Board reviewed staff memo, as follows: <br />129 <br />NOV 16 1983 <br />
