County Attorney <br />(305) 567-8000 <br />Please be advised that the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County On November 2, 1983 unanimously approved <br />hiring your firm for consulting services with respect to develop- <br />ment regulations in Indian River County. The motion contained the <br />following salient points: <br />1. The arrangement will be based on the hourly rates quoted in <br />your proposal. <br />2. This office will define specific tasks with respect to the <br />development code, will advise on all legal aspects of the code <br />and will supervise the project. <br />3. The County Commission has initially authorized the expenditure <br />of $10,000.00. Any work required above this amount will <br />require further Board authorization at which time the <br />Commission will want to review the quality and quantity of <br />your work and the overall progress in the County of adopting <br />the proposed regulations. <br />Please submit all bills for services to our office monthly. <br />Include within each bill a breakdown on the hours, times and dates <br />by each member of.your firm working on the project with reference <br />to the portion of the project worked on.
